Jonathan Hazzlewood
Founder
Jonathan founded Return Fundraising over 10 years ago and is proud to have worked with some truly inspiring charities.
He has been in the third sector for over 15 years, initially in individual giving teams at household charities including Barnardos.

Laura Webb
Director of Client Services
Laura is head of our Client Services team and supports our partners to deliver exceptional fundraising projects.
Laura has been in the third sector for over 5 years, was the 2024 winner of IWITOT, and delivers regular fundraising seminars.
Ben Smith
Director
Ben has been in the charity telephone fundraising for over 15 years.
In addition to heading operational, creative, supporter experience and client service teams, served as Managing Director of Listen, one of the largest telephone agencies in the country.
Kitty Power
Account Executive
Kitty's background is in youth work, managing projects for a West London charity that supports at risk young people. She then worked on face to face lottery and RG campaigns for a range of charities.
As Account Executive, Kitty oversees the day to day account management of campaigns, focusing on reporting and analysis of results.
Adam Brown
Director of Operations
Adam overseas all data coming into and leaving the company. Along with managing data flows, call operations and digital services, his team provides strategic insight and campaign analysis.
Adam has been with the company since 2015, and has extensive retained client knowledge.
Dan Hofinger
Quality & Development Manager
Dan has over 10 years of experience in the charity sector, both as as a telephone fundraiser and in managerial roles.
Dan supports the fundraising team, providing vital feedback, coaching, career development, and ensures that we maintain the highest compliance rates in the sector.
Sarah Dove
Fundraising Supervisor
With a background of several years in telephone fundraising, both in fundraising and mentor roles, Sarah joined our team in 2026.
As Fundraising Supervisor, Sarah supports our fundraising team on a day-to-day basis, providing coaching, practical advice and technical support.
Jo-Anne Vecqueray
Fundraising Manager
Jo joined the Return Fundraising team in 2025 and now works with our Operations Team to ensure that campaigns not only run smoothly but consistently outperform targets.
Through her background in managing large teams, Jo inspires and supports our fundraisers, helping them achieve sector leading results.
Gemma Pendergast
Data Manager
With over 15 years experience in data management and analysis, Gemma leads our Data Team and is responsible for all data transfers within the company.
Her team provides in-depth analysis for each campaign, whilst managing our scripting software, dialler system and additional fulfilment and SMS services for our clients.
